Hi all this is my first time blogging and Vikki is helping me out a lot as in posting it for me this week - my goal is to see these weekly blogs improve in content and presentation a little bit like we all hope to improve our bodies content (the food we ingest) asnd presentation (how we look and measurements).
I have had a start to the week that was not ideal it was an avoidable excuse as Ms Bridges would put it.My Dad is in hospital and while that may not seem much to sum short history is my dad had a stroke 12 years ago I care for him and became a nurse - he does live alone now and has care assistants come in daily to shower, clen and buy groceries and he has a maltese terrier - so there is a lot to do to organise the dog and cancel carers along with discuss care with the hosptial, doctors etc.
So my advice to all is when these unavoidable things happen like accidents hospital etc we dont have to be in out of control mode for days or even weeks - do what you have to do - get home and the plan around these issues -I may not be able to go to the gym or do my normal routine but I can certainly walk - all of us can where ever we are - especially if we are stressed that is when we need to exercise more - walking around hospital grounds is no issue!! Hope this helps someone and keep up the great work everyone - just JFDI!!
Tip : Always leave bag of clothes toothbrush and joggers in car so you are prepared no matter where you end up!!
