Scales.

I hate the scales. It is official. I want to do what this guy did to mine...


They are brand new pretty much, well six months old anyway and they should work perfectly but they don't or they do and I have put on over 4kgs in a week. Figure that out! I have not been eating terribly, I have not been exercising due to chronic tension headaches but I made sure my eating was clean to compensate.


I am going to test them tomorrow, using a 1kg dumbbell, and I WILL take them back if they are broken. I am still measuring smaller but if I pay attention to those numbers then I am heavier then what I started Round 2 of the 12wbt as! And that is not OK.. it truly has affected me emotionally


I feel like joining this Get Active Weight loss challenge at work has put more pressure on me, all these people are losing big numbers and I feel so sensitive because I work out a lot and don't lose weight, people who do NO exercise lose heaps. I hate my body at the moment.


I actually forgot about my blog post for today because I have been suffering chronic tension headaches, I am actually on my way for a massage to try and help the situation a bit. I am getting a neck, shoulders and back... Do I need to take my top off I wonder? I don't want to take it off and I wasn't supposed to. How awkward!


I am very stressed at the moment, so I apologise for this super short post. I will get better I promise. Lots of change in my life at the moment... Moving House, starting uni, my Mum is coming down from Coffs, my Bro is just starting a new FiFo job. Everything is happening, and work is just CRAZYYYYY!

Hot Tip: Make your perfume last longer by getting a body lotion with the same scent. Put it on after showering, then apply the perfume to the pulse points (like back of knees, behind your ears and wrists or whatever). They call it fragrance layering apparently!

Great for your workmates dropping kilos without exercise. Chances are they are not eating enough and when they get tired of the deprivation, it will come back.
You are doing the right thing. Forget fat, get fit! Do your exercise, do things you love like Vikki finding her groove in her new Xtend Barre class and Kristin in her Bikrim Yoga and me in my Aqua classes, and Cora with her cardio kicker. Be healthy, be active and your body will start to heal. Sometimes a nice walk in the fresh air will get enough endorphins pumping and lower stress levels that the headache may ease.
I have gone to a class feeling headachy to walk out feeling cured . Just make sure it is something you love.
Keep shaking it baby, especially through the sad and bad times. It helps clear the head and rocks your body.
Baby steps Hun, and be the best Bex you can be, cause we all love you, and a top chick deserves a top life xxx

Those headaches are probably due to all the stress that's been happening in your life lately. Chin up hun. I hope the massage helped and I hope you're feeling 100% better soon :)
