Round 3?

Hey Gang,

How are you all doing this week? I have been so absent the past few weeks that I feel pretty craptastic about it. But I have recognised a pattern, last round... I did this too. I got to about half way and gave up pretty much. This has been worse then the last round I think. I start off strong and lose momentum...fast. I literally don't cope, and I wonder why that is.

I stress out and I eat, I lose focus. I get tired when I am super stressed... and I battle to manage the chaos that is my life. I move tomorrow which is exciting, I feel I will be more settled here. It is quieter, and I have more space for me oh and I don't have to fight for a kitchen which is great. I will also be living with my bro, and he is a pretty fit guy as well and will want me to fill the fridge with healthy food.

So what do I do? Do I sign up for Round 3, potentially waste my money? Or do I attempt to do this on my own? A part of me wants to do it... Whilst my knee has gotten increasingly worse (requiring an MRI) I know that exercise isn't the biggest part. Eating is.

I would love to know your thoughts guys, and if you made the decision to go into Round 3 or not?

Thanks,

LOVE LOVE!

Hot Tip: For a cool shopping list idea, paint your fridge with chalkboard paint :)

Depends on whether you can afford it. You know me and my history but I also know that if I don't do a round and pay for it, it will potentially be another excuse not to come back or continue after those weeks or days or whatever that are hard. I'm just going to stick to this until I'm done and not bail - but that's me trying to break my pattern. ;)

But if you can't afford it, there is nothing stopping you printing out your weeks and downloading the mindset podcasts and doing Round 3 along with us at the same time and thus 'pretending' that you are doing it. Again it depends on if you will bail.

When it comes down to it hon, you have to work out once and for all what is roadblocking you from getting where you want to be. Essentially if you work out what you are scared of or uncomfortable with the change aspect when you are at your goal - then it will free you to see the day to day setbacks as just day to day stuff not big, huge consequences.

You are fabulous Bec. Whatever you decide you will be supported as much as you want to be. :)
