Hi all how are we all going ?? I hope well.
Again my unexpected challenges continue with another family member now, I have taken time off social media and work so I can concentrate on my family. Sometimes in life when we are striving for goals be it in weight loss or business or personal we do hit unexpected challenges and have to make decisions about what is more important. This does not mean that we dismiss those original goals - i am not giving up for the whole 12 weeks I am just saying right now something is so way more important that this needs to take priority , we can still weigh in - i lost over 1kg not sure how probably stress LOL....
We can still aim to move in what ever form that is - increased oomph in cleaning the house - walking up lots of stairs to take rubbish out or hanging out clothes on the line but going and getting one piece of clothing from the house each time so we have to walk more - the main thing I am saying here guys is if like me you are having unexpected life changing challenges/problems in your way then tackle them but dont give up completely on your own goals.
Remember eating healthy meals and exercise is so good in stressful situations - heading for the bottle of alcohol drugs or even sugar is not the answer (although I have been enjoying a few more sweets lately ) !!! Keep tracking your food even if you are going over 1200 calories - keep having small goals like 10 minutes walk today - or 20 pushups - or eating as well as you can. Good on you Wendy.. Keep up your positive attitude to what you are doing .. Good to see you have prioritized your life, family is most important ... Dumping things like social media can give you back some time and focus so is not such a bad thing in these days when we are so consumed by interaction with others that we often do it to the detriment of our loved ones .. Sounds like you have a good grip on things.. Just keep that up..!!!
