Hi all this week continues to be challenging for me - I have been eating over my calories so I have put on which is ok as I know why -I put on my new Michelle Bridges clothes every day and manage a 30 minute walk most days so that is something.
I did read a very positive story in my local paper this week about a man being diagnosed with motor neurone disease which has no cure - he has a young family and just takes one day at a time to cherish his health and family while he still can - he says he does not get depressed . very courageous and I take courage that I try each day to start a fresh and continue on my healthy eating and exercise program.

Tip is to keep weighing in - watching the videos - tracking food even if it is not the healthiest choices this maintains my habit and eventually when I am feeling better these food choices will improve.
