It is a reminder we all need from time to time xx
"YOU HAVE NOT FAILED... if you decide to eat a cupcake at a colleagues birthday after 6 weeks of strict eating.
YOU HAVE NOT FAILED... if you don't turn down that glass of wine with dinner on the weekend.
YOU HAVE NOT FAILED... when you taste test your kids fairy bread before serving it at their birthday.
YOU HAVE NOT FAILED... if you eat a piece of fruit on accelerator day.

Unless these things actually give you upset stomachs or some medical grievance. Then there is nothing wrong with occasionally enjoying life.
Being obsessed about food and limiting anything from your diet (unless you have an allergy/tolerance) is not healthy. Balance is the key and NOTHING should be off limits. Just because it didn't grow on a tree, run, swim or fly doesn't make it COMPLETELY off limits. No cake at a morning tea with family, no ice-cream on a hot summers day and no meat pie at the footy! Clean eating can become very un-social.
I'm a member of a lot of 12WBT groups, and every day i see people genuinely off track, and then there are others who just slipped up. We are currently receiving lots of new members to the group as pre-round 3 has begun. Please choose your words wisely as we don't want new members scared of failing at the site of an extra 100 calories, or something as healthy as a piece of fruit just because Michelle says its accelerator day.
Stop trying to be perfect, when your best is good enough."
