Freaky Friday Pre Season Task 6# “Organise and Diarise”

ORGANISE & DIARISE 

Also Known as get ya crap together before you blow out the month on crap food.

I'm doing this post for our newbies. I have been getting some msg on facebook as this task is really daunting on some of you.
So Mish wants us to get our diary out and sort out all our red flag days..... well i had plenty of them during May that's for sure, i think i should of started this in May cause the amount of 30th Birthday parties i had was out of this planet.

So here i was last night with my diary out having a look at what i have on this month, well not a lot really. I do have our Finale party on tomorrow night to put it lightly i'm shitting myself. This is usually when the old Cora likes to make her appearance, I can hear her in the back of my head, she talks to me, " o0o0oo what do we have here Cora? a party!! time to get our drink on and eat as much shit a possible! i'm honestly having a panic attack just thinking about it.

I'm not going to let her in tomorrow night, I have wrote down in my dairy with my big red cross in it, i can't let her back in, cause in May i sure have let my guard down and i can her Mish in the back of my head telling me to slow down Cora, you have come way to far to fuck this up!! you have lost 14 kilos what are you doing eating that birthday cake!!

I also have my little boys naming day coming up on the 23rd of June, another massive red flag day that i need to watch out for.

So Newbies, don't skip this task, i can see you all scrolling over it going, nah, i'll do this later and before you know it you are at all those parties in June eating up a storm and drinking those wines like it's the last day on earth.

So i want you all to get your diaries out NOW, yes NOW, write out all the red flag days and also all your working out days.
Don't forget about SSS yes, the one you all saw me going on about every Saturday with my picture of how many insane calories i would be doing.

So as you can see my diary is not that full for June, but that doesn't mean i can slack off and not write anything in it.

  • Monday -  Cardio
  • Tuesday - Strength
  • Wednesday - Cardio
  • Thursday - shopping list comes out - Strength
  • Friday - Cardio
  • Saturday - SSS you are going to go crazy smashing out those 1000 cals!!
  • Sunday rest  - not for me tho Derby Training.
